cost priced at a discounted savings of 15% to 35% of
the usual and customary fee for examination, 15% off
the retail price of contact lenses and reduced
prices of up to 50% off eye wear.

Select any eye wear!! As a member of PNVS, there are
no restrictions on the style of eye wear and there
are no limitations on the number of purchases.
