Care-Dent has licensed friendly Dental providers in and around the Memphis area. Our program offers discounted savings of up to 100% off dental procedures. Dentist in our program are dedicated to providing the best services at a discounted rate. Our dental providers understand routine dental maintenance may be costly but we know in today's job market insurance just does not cover dental benefits. We believe dental care must be given to anyone who needs it at an affordable rate. Our dental providers and Care-Dent have agreed to give you the smile you want and deserve.
Services Provided by the Specialist: Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pedodontics, Endodontics and Prosthodontics (all available depending upon services area and availability) You will receive a 25% discount savings from the Specialist's usual and customary rate (UCR) when dental services are performed. You may be referred by the General Dentist or you may refer yourself directly to the Specialists when in need of Specialist services. Additional fees may be charged by the Dentist for a dental procedure that presents unusual circumstances and conditions. Provider participation may charge from time to time, check with Care-Dent for updates.
